Global25 nMonte (HELP)

Hi everyone .. could anyone just explain how to use the Global25 calculator nMonte? I did the test with 23andme..serve the raw data?
I am Romanian and I would like to see how much of my DNA is similar to the Slavs, as for thracians etc etc
