It’s not really a feature that is exclusive to a certain ethnicity. It is a deformity that is seen as a sign of beauty. Cleft chins forms before birth. This happens when the two sides of the lower jaw don’t completely fuse together during fetal development.

First thought was Northern Europeans.
I seem to associate it least, with East Asian and related aesthetic spectra.

agree many indians have cleft chin. Everyone in my family has it.
