What do you think is the most plausible explanation of the origin of my haplogroup? (I-cts10057)
Many say it is of Germanic origin;
Looking at my DNA test results (which you can find on my profile), do you think Germanic origin is plausible?

No I2 is Germanic.

It's just that some assimilated I2 pose as Germans today (by being loyal to that state)

Germanic Tribes are all R1b.

It is certainly true that the assimilation of Mesolithic and Neolithic populations by Indo-Europeans has certainly begun very soon ... I know my haplogroup is pre-Germanic, but I wonder how it is possible that it is present in the Balkans as in the my case.

Indo-Europeans did to I2 people (Celts etc..) that what they did to Native Americans during the Colonial period.

I2 today is everywhere except there where they initially was... because they fled and migrated.

Pretty sure I2a2 has been found in ancient balkanite samples from the neolithic. It's found in small percentages in greeks, albos, also some southern serbs.
