This video is from nangarhar province, it is probably one of the darkest region in Afghanistan looks wise, video starts showing people from 1:30 onwards.

Yeah. They look like they're 50% Iranian and 50%Paki if I had to guess based on their aDNA admixture.

Yeah they don't look too different to Pakistanis from chitral, kpk and gilgit baltistan. Thanks anyways!

Interestingly, Afghans come up as 60-70% burusho and 30-40% lezgin judging by this pca plot. Burushos are from gilgit baltistan and is closely related to Kalash and other groups near it, like Pashtuns and Pamir Tajiks.

The pashtun average was very skewed towards pak pashtuns and the indus as it contained a) Pakistani pashtuns from swat etc b) contained the HGDP samples which quite a few were very hindko like
