Brown hair and blue eyes naturally.

Ok. Here is a more detailed opinion from me:
1) As I already said, West Baltid.
2) Apart from Bulgaria, I think would fit pretty fine as Hungarian, Romanian, Croat, Slovene, Slovak, Czech and Polish.
3) 8/10.
