I don't drink milk that much but i started buying some milk (lactose free cuz of lactose intolerance)

I just take a glass with milk and a cookie sometimes to remove the hunger inbetween meals
and i noticed that the low fat is kinda useless, it taste less and doesn't make you "full"
I used to buy 3.5% fat milk but now i tried like 0.5% and its like drinking water in terms of fullness..

Sour milk, it's similar as Yogurt but more dense.

Doesn’t matter as long as it’s packaged. Natural/Raw milk turns my stomach especially goat milk.

2%. I like that it still has a nice flavor, but is a little lower fat than whole. No problem with the lactose. Don't have it that often - just in breakfast cereal. I drink coffee black.

This is sour milk.

It's more dense than Yogurt, but not like cream. It's more juicy and so dense as cream of milk.

Whole milk. Drinking watered down diet milk is disgusting.

Apart of cow milk probably soy and oat milk are the most interessant ones nutritiously, rice one a fraud.

Giant's milk, it's how I got so strong. ;D

In all seriousness, coconut milk is my favourite. Not really a fan of normal milk, and I wouldn't touch soy milk with a ten foot pole.

I mistakenly read this as "True Alpha Men milk is the right milk" produced by alpha men that might have been a kind of advertisement :lmao

0,5% milk I find gross. And also ... what's the point? Do people get fat from drinking 3,2% milk?

Actually that generic fat is bad notion has been debunked in the latest studies. Trans fats are unhealthy though, it's a fact. And starch-rich deep fried products are bad, like chips or crisps ( acrylamide + trans fat). Eating too much white bread, buns, donuts and purified carbohydrates in them will bring more harm than eating a steak two / three days every week.

After eating such carbohydrates, the level of sugar in the blood rises rapidly and as glucose enters the bloodstream. If we do not burn this sugar, the body will create too much insulin, which will remove the excess glucose from the bloodstream, transporting it to the cells, where it will be converted into fat as a result of metabolism. Therefore, a diet rich in purified carbohydrates leads to obesity, diabetes, hypoglycaemia, hypertension and heart disease.

Purified carbohydrates are most commonly found in such products as:

- white flour - white bread, cakes, pasta, white rice, cornflakes, popcorn, potatoes (naturally almost pure starch),
- refined sugar - sweets, syrups, carbonated beverages, many products where sugar serves as a preservative, therefore one should beware of products containing sugar hidden under various names: glucose syrup, sucrose, caramel.

I especially like A-38. It's thick milk slightly soured by lactobacillus acidophilus. Never seen it outside of Denmark. I also like kærnemælk (buttermilk, apparently?) and kefir. They all taste the same more or less. I drink a lot of regular milk too as an additive to tea/coffee or cereal. Never liked goat milk or its products.
