Yes but you have to know that Maghrebis carry some paleolithic no-african basal-deep component called ''Ancestral north African'' this component makes half of the iberomaurusians ancestry which was introduced to ancient ssa's as well ( shared alleles) ,so in current companies calculators this no-african deep component is still counted wrongfully as SSA. in fact by adding the iberomaurusians as a reference any pseudo-SSA admix gets absorbed by IBM and the ssa drops dramatically even disappear.

Now if we compare to other Mena countries :

You can use MyHeritage to check your matches, you can check on what DNA they matched with you and you can see if they are close or not (based upon the centiMorgans), that way you can indicate if your morisco ancestors were recent or not.

No my matches are almost all moroccans but on gedmatch i have plenty of european matches but their names doesn't sound spanish or portuguese to me. Also how can we know because moriscos probably had arabic names and intermixed with moroccans
