All of them have to a certain extent Dinarid influence. I think they look Italian.

1: Dinarized Med. Could be Italian or Greek.
2: Dinarized Atlanto-Med. Could be Italian or Greek.
3: Mediterranid, Balkan looking, could be Bulgarian or Romanian.
4: Atlantid Slav chick, place her in Poland.

I would place the first one in Greece or Bulgaria the second one in Italy and the third one as well and the last one could be Northern Italian quite possibly.
