There are some metrical similarities between iranids and dinarids.

IMO no they are not similar.

Iranid phenotype has an elongated skull with robust jawline. Irano Pamiri is just Iranid influenced by Turanid, Aralid.

I think the reason is because we have more steppe admixture? Also Afghanistan is more mountainous than Iran considering its size.

In admixture oracle's we usually get modelled as 60-70% burusho or pashtun Pakistan and 30-40% North Caucasian. Thats for Pashtuns that is. For Tajiks I do not know but I know that Tajiks from afghanistan like badaxsan, panjshir etc are similar to tadjik pamiris and Pashtuns.
