Where are you getting your information from? Again.... you are making stuff up to support your narrative. There has never been a study on the heights of Albanians as a whole (at least not within the recently). But there was a recent study done on Albanians in Kosovo that showed an average height of 180 cm http://www.mjssm.me/clanci/MJSSM_March_2019_Masanovic_69-76.pdf which is considered tall even for European standards. Non-Kosovar Albanians are basically the same height on average as well since Albanins are among the most homogenous people in Europe (both genetically and physically). Coon even titled his book on Albanians as "the mountain of giants". Every anthropologist said Albanians are tall people. Your claims are baseless and I suggest you read the work of actual anthropologists like I have so you can have a better understanding.

If people in Hercegovina are 1-2 cm taller on average this is not indicative of being more Dinarid but actually a result of more CM influence (this has been said by anthropologists as well).

As for my answer to this question, it depends. Some South Slavic Dinaroids I seen look more like West Slav Dinarids and others more like Albanian Dinarids.
