Are there measurements?
Dinaric seems far too narrow headed.
Phalian looks like a Noric/Alpine broad faced and short headed.

Niederösterreich ist so vielfältig und facettenreich, ich liebe wandern im südlichen Niederrösterreich und im Wienerwald und Radfahren auf dem extrem gut ausgebauten Radwegenetz. Es gibt viele Sehenswürdigkeiten,gutes Essen und freundliche Leute! :)

Nope. Keep in mind, Austria was always very Catholic (anti-biology), so biological research wasn't well-regarded and supported there until the Nazi takeover.
