I have been on a program I was on ten years ago. I've dropped quite a bit of weight. 5-6 small meals a day. Around 1,400 calories daily. I am losing 2.8lbs a week. In another month I am going to need new clothes.

What the interest of having many small meals?
that's more healthy to eat once or twice during the day than 5 or 6 times.
5 or 6 times your bodey is non stop trying in a process of digestion.

i try to stick to the same foods every day so i have no surprises calorie-wise, though i need to find a stable sweet that i can eat to prevent cravings.

i’ve been eating 1k calories a day for the past two months. lost about 17kg for the month of october.

how tall are you? how much do you weigh? what type of foods are you eating daily?

I've changed it to three meals and I do not eat after 6.

I don't eat meat, I don't drink soft drinks or alcohol, I don't eat snacks or other sweets. I only drink water.

Isnt the kcal intake too low? It could hit back later, i would recommend to rise it a bit...

Good job! I managed to lose 20 pounds. I prefer healthy food only so that I always feel well. To be honest, quarantine made me maintain a healthy lifestyle and I have to say I am feeling much better now. I also work out regularly and take vitamins. By the way, if someone looks for a reliable pharmacy to order vitamins or any meds, I recommend Canadian Pharmacy (https://www.canadapharmacy.com/).

Something people need to do and i can tell it's really helping me. You need to drink at least one gallon of water a day. I did so yesterday and never gained any weight despite eating poorly on a holiday. Also, I believe if you quit eating after 5:30 you will lose a pound a week regardless.

I can't believe I'd ever say this but I'm also starting to cut. I've been a skinny guy for my whole life but for the last 2 years I've been working out and eating... a lot. I didn't really care about what I ate tho so a lot of FAT came along with it. Now I'm gonna stick to a heavy workout programme and eat less. When I look at my pictures I'm just scared of what I've turned out to be. I just want some abs to be revealed also until the next summer arrives.

The thing is I actually can cut easily, I don't feel extremely hungry. I'll just eat popcorns with no oil and salt when I feel hungry. :P

How do you find time for 5-6 meals a day? I sometimes struggle to put together 2.

He just eats small. Like 2 eggs and some vegetables for one meal.

Yep. Now I am still eating small but just three meals. I don't eat after 6 and drink a lot of water. I am hoping to be down another pound by Sunday.
