He was Hittite as far as I know. You can play with his coordinates below,

Comparing Kit Z020190 (MA2200 Kalehoyuk c. 1750 BCE) [Migration - F2 - Z] and Z445292 (Minoan_Lasithi I0073) [Migration - F2 - Z]

Segment threshold size will be adjusted dynamically between 200 and 400 SNPs
Minimum segment cM to be included in total = 0.1 cM
Mismatch-bunching Limit will be adjusted dynamically to 60 percent of the segment threshold size for any given segment.

No shared DNA segments found

231888 SNPs used for this comparison.

With Archeogenetic Matches, you must lower the SNP's and cM

Lowering the segment threshold size to 50 SNPs
Minimum segment cM to be included in total = 2

I already set minimum segment to the 0.1. But lowering threshold will cause false alarms imo

Of course, withc such low threshold I share common segments with shitload of ancient samples which is certainly not true.

Thanks! I am currently cross-checking all of my Archeogenetic Matches from the MyTrueAncestry Deep-Dive by comparing my GedMatch Kit with the GedMatch Kits of my Archeogenetic Matches from MyTrueAncestry Deep-Dive. I have confirmed that I am related to both Minoan_Lasithi I0073 sharing DNA Segments with MA2200 Kalehoyuk.

In doing this cross-check, I also found that both these males share a similar Y-DNA.

Minoan_Lasithi I0073 c.2000 BCE is J2a1i
GedMatch Kit Z445292

MA2200 Kalehoyuk c.1750 BCE is J-L26 (j2a1)
GedMatch Kit Z020190

I find it interesting that this Y-DNA is found with the Minoans and Mycenaeans as well as in Kalehoyuk.

I0073 Minoan_Lasithi J2a1(xJ2a1a, J2a1b1a, J2a1b2, J2a1c, J2a1e, J2a1h, J2a1i)

Not necessarily. I have cross-checked all of the MyTrueAncestry Archeogenetic Matches. I am actually only related to half of my MyTrueAncestry Archeogenetic Matches. My wife and I are not related to any of the same Archeogenetic Matches.

Try it.

I think it is the reverse, i.e. Bronze Age Anatolian farmers brought with them the Iranian-like DNA that Kalehoyuk harbors.
