He has some Tatar ancestry. I can see Uralic/Lapp/Ladogan blend, maybe also Pontic Med. Hard to classify him, he suffers from giganticism.

This is Nikolai Valuev, he held a portion of the heavyweight world title at one point. He is about 7 feet tall. I have never seen anything like him before or since. He is a marvel of the modern world. He could be Uralid and Pontid, but hard to say because he is so profoundly affected by gigantism.

Funniest thing is that he eats like a normal person, i served him when i was waiting tables during UNI couple times, you kinda expect him to eats 2-3 times more than usual human does.

Very cool man! Yeah, that's very surprising. I will say this about him, I saw a number of his fights and I only ever saw him stunned once. Late in his fight against David Haye, he got hit with a hook to the side of his neck, and he wobbled. I think the shot disrupted the flow of blood to his brain for a millisecond but then he was fine. His head was like granite.

He has acromegaly/gigantism, he can not be classified correctly. When this disease has advanced sufficiently, the person who suffers it acquires an exaggeratedly archaic appearance, a caricatured appearance reminiscent of CM traits.
