He is a dinaricized West Baltid, in my opinion.
However, his daughter didn't inherit his phenotype and ended up with a Pontid one (you can see it from her skull, too).

Interesting comparison. To me Bulgarian model Antonia Petrova is more Jana-like but probably about 8-9 years older (don't know how old Jana is but Petrova was born in 1984):

Petrova looks like Kylie Minogue. As for the man in the OP, he looks like a dark CM type, while his daughter is Trans Med.
