He's Atlantid, so I'd say he could since Atlantids are still found in fairly high frequencies in Southern Europe.

Not really. If anything, he would pass better in Iberia than in Italy.

Doesnt look what his stated ancestry is for certain, clearly something else going on there, looks like David Schwimmer

I can't believe his forefathers were 100% irish or english after establishing themselves in N America, his skin tone, eyebrows, eyes etc look off.

If Mandy McCain can be 1% Senegalese then this guy..

He looks Pan Med indeed. I can see why people say Spain but also Italy- his mouth area is typical for Alpine-Dinaric admix, its common in both, but more common in Italy, while other features will give Spanish vibe. i dont think he looks like "Neolithic Brit type"- more like someone with recent immigration background.

He can easily pass in Italy, but he passes more better in the North.

..

it is what it is- in Upper Class Americans many claimed they were fully English/British out of convinience. So his non - British might be older than just 2-3 generations. Genetically he will plot as English also most likely, his Irish ancestry will put him further North and make his South Euro/West Asian score look unnoticeable.

Actually, he would fit much better in Sicily than in the northern regions of Italy. I sincerely doubt the ancestry matches his paper trail. Probably the result of a non-paternity event.

this are the dynamics of mixing in a new country, where you have different ethnicities and much more diversity to choose to mate with- none of those half Greek ladies show much Med features...

I could see him being Italian, Spanish, French or even British. He has an all European face to me, he looks weird (but in a good way), I could see him passing in Germany and I could also see him passing in Spain.
