I think the 1st man looks very East Med. The Center picture has a woman who looks East Med (with maybe something else) but the other two individuals to me look more Western. Also the last girl looks more Western.
I think Levantines have a wide variety of looks. This is what might make some people guess Southern Italians or Sicilians, because we also have a similarly wide range of looks.
Also in the center picture they are clearly the owners of a pizza shop so that might influence perceptions. Levantines in the U.S. (at least in the part of New Jersey where I live) love to go into the food business. I notice that Levantines though seem to own restaurants, whereas Egyptians usually run Pizza shops or Fast food shops here.
Below the apartments where I live there are Egyptians who run a Pizza shop (and they look basically standard Mediterranean) and when I ask my friends what ethnicity do you think they are they always answer Italian.. lol They don't even notice the Qur'an verses written on the wall..

Not surprised they're Lebanese, but I think they could pass in Southern Croatia, Serbia, and Bulgaria. Especially to the untrained eye.
