Actually, Nazis officially considered Slavs Aryan, and made the only exception for Poles (for political reasons, not racial).

What make Dinarid superior ?

Dinarids were claimed to be second in superiority to the Nordics in some of Gunther's works. Their capacity for music as well as their ability to perform well in business like environments made them viable assets for anyone who wanted to integrate productive members of society. They also have a great sense of home life, family, and living in the moment. Their downsides are obviously what makes the Nordics better than them which is the inability to plan for future events properly. They also are short tempered and more inclined to be criminally minded or violent with others.
