he's from the historical Moldova territory (southern Moldova / Budzhak) that was taken by the Soviet Union after WW2 (the little town of Akkerman - former Prime Minister of Romania Nikolai Vodkaroiu is from there too).

this look doesnt pass well in albania proper but in kosovo i think it exists.

Interesting. Greeks, Tatars, Jews all left influence on that place i would assume...

I personally see some Caucasus in Loma. And Asian. Well, he's quite mixed either way.
