And she is Juan Luis Guerra's niece. But I'm not sure if they are blood relatives or not.
And in my opinion Juan Luis looks pseudo-middle eastern...
Guerra is a very common surname in Canary Islands (even his second surname "Seijas" is galician), may be that could explain that look.
But I feel surprised when I see these dominicans and some boricuas with those particular looks, it's very interesting.

Yes, indeed I think that many canarios are a combination of those subraces. Just spanish+guanche (which is totally related to north-africans).
