They are all far from the Nordic ideal that they wanted to see in the German nation.
Eichmann - looks like Jew.
Heydrich - Nordo-Dinarid.
Goering - CM.
Himmler - eastern-european look, which the Germans considered to belong to an inferior race.

What the hell, is that the same guy in those pictures? Damn. I still think he fits the Keltic Nordid phenotype pretty well based on the picture OP posted, but you're right that he definitely looks Armenoid in the pictures you've linked.
