It's not, Hungary has lot of slavic genetic, slav looking is not rare in Hungary. He is hungarian and looks über russian:

Alpine nose, typical for Alpine-core nations. Unfortunately I must admit girls like her are not that rare among young generation Russian girls. Alpinization is reality despite many will deny it.

Well, I agree that this man passes well as a Russian. But not that girl.

Alpine is the original Slavic phenotype? Well, I'm not into anthropology, so I rather skip this one.

I wouldn't say this type is common here though. And I don't think it's common among say Balkan Slavs too.
