Upon first glance, she looks like someone in the Castiza/Harniza range. I think it's just an illusion due to her hooded eyes, flat nasal bridge, and wide/rounded skull-shape.

her skull does not look THAT round, a lot of round skulls who cant be anything else but Caucasoid (like Frankie Muniz for example)

i think you focus on the great width of the mandible added to the impression of short face, like Paige Price but her Cephalic Index is much lower than of her husband

Frankie hardly looks anything like his Puerto Rican father, so his round skull must come from his mother's side. An interesting phenotype given his background....
