pure irano meds i think usually have narrow faces. her face is a bit rounded along with the nose and thats why i pointed out alpine.

Nose is modified IMO, she models so it makes sense. I would not be surprised if her nose is like typical Iranid type before she got it changed to alpine like concave shape.

I have a friend from khuzestan who looks identical to her. She looks sw Iranian.The nose job makes classification a bit hard but she is iranid

Classifying from first picture where she looks most natural, she looks to be a mix between Irano Mediterranean and Alpine.

but nose plays some role in differentiating between phenos. Pontid and Iranid are close in measurements but nose is different hence they are different.
