I think he's an extreme East Baltid Borreby mix. I doubt he's a real Jew aka not cluster genetically with ethnic Jews or heavily mixed with locals. Most East European Jews still look visibly different even if light like Roman Abramovich who despite look light still clearly Jewish and would neveristake his face as a local in East Europe
