I have just tried. Thanks to @Sofia, he reminded me of this site and told how to convert my raw data.

Thank you! I think it is accurate as much as MH and FTDNA. Also it is a free service. If you look single populations which given in admixture results it is totally inaccurate. For example, 16% Egyptian + 16% French will be equal to 32% Balkan admixture which make results accurate in general sense. Works like Gedmatch calculators and the only important factor is knowing how to read the results.

Wegene is bullshit, it told me I was 90% hungarian the rest chinese.

Yeah, it is dumb. Misread the British + Serbian as Hungarian, and Balkan as French+Egyptian+Russian.

Did it get your mtdna right? One cool thing about Wegene is it can give you haplogroups off your raw data, though I heard it can be inaccurate with its mtdna. It managed to get mine correct.

It couldn't detect my mt-dna. Perhaps i should convert my raw data to 23andMe instead of Ancestry.

I'm U4b and they predicted the haplogroup U for me (AncestryDNA raw data).
