But in Lithuania live fewer Russians than in Latvia but they have more N1c than Latvia. I guess it means only native population.

listen to their language, same melody like in Russian language, neither Polish, nor "Northern", even if Dalia claimed that Lithuania is Northern country (meaning close to Scandinavia)
