the tip of romania touching the black sea is part of the balkans so yes. She looks similar to girls in Constanta which is on the black sea, they are usually a bit darker, or tan much easier.

Yes I think so but it is not as strong as the Arabid/East Med look.

In terms of pigmentation she would fit, but her eye-shape phenotypical frequency is low anywhere in Portugal. Our eyes tend to be smaller and their outer tips slightly down turned. She would fit better in southern Italy.

Yeah they might be the ones with minor Turkish blood (I don't think Gypsy though), but for the most part they looked Romanian/Bulgarian.

Yeah, but you have a trained eye, so of course you wouldn't think that, but to others without one she could fit.
Turkish, yes. Gypsy, probably not. I don't see anything really gypsy about her, or any other Lebanese.

I guess because I've seen a lot of exotic Balkanian people (online and in real life). Never been there though. I guess people in Bulgaria and Europe have more trained eyes, becasue I know in the U.S. there aren't many individuals with trained eyes.

It's not that she looks typically Bulgarian but she is within the spectrum in my opinion even if not the most common type. Hence "pass" or "fit" which are the terms I use in these threads.
