South Korea has some of the worst air quality in the developed world, according to the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

While people have long protected themselves by wearing masks, concern is now growing among dog owners for the health of their pets.

I was anaware of the problem of bad air quality in South Korea. To be frank I've always assumed that they are closer to Japan when it comes to it than to China for instance. Most birds and the rest of the wildlife lives in areas with relatively clean air as I assume, far from the biggest pollutants.
