One user from a Polish history forum got tested. His ancestry is from the borderland between Kuyavia and Wielkopolska.
His haplogroup is a subclade of Eastern R1b, R1b-Z2103>PH2302. Very Indo-European (Yamnaya had R1b-Z2103).
His similarity map (there is no Kuyavian average in the map):
His top similar populations:
Wielkopolska - 88
Upper Silesians - 87
Lesser Poland - 86
Slovakia - 85
Czechia - 84
Kashubians - 84
Mazovians - 84
Carpathian Rusyns - 83
Eastern Germans - 82
West Ukrainians - 82

He hasn't shared his GEDmatch kit so far but I will ask. I think his ancestry is mostly from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strzelno

I got his kit number. Here is Eurogenes K13. He has strong Neolithic pull, in agreement with what this article about Kuyavia says:

This is how he plots in K15 PCA, close to me and to average Wielkopolska samples (which confirms that Kujawy is a region closely related to Wielkopolska):

Kujawy sub-dialect is part of Wielkopolska dialect (map) and this is apparently confirmed in their genetics:
