Swedish/Norwegian or German perhaps. Although the mum (im guessing) throws my guess off.

Maybe its the light, but she seems to have a different face structure to them

Yes, her jaw seems to be broader and she has a slightly different shaped head. She could possibly have a more Slavic phenotype?
