Lebanese looks similar to a Lebanese I knew.

To tell the truth, this mans face is pretty generic and can pass anywhere in Med region.

Yeah I find East Med Armenoids hard to differentiate from Dinarcized Mediterranids at times it makes me think there is a link between Levantine populations and Western Mediterranid peoples or at least Central and Balkan Mediterranid groups.

Come on guys this dude looks patently Arabic. There might be some European outliers who kind of look like him but a European country would never be my first guess.

Sort of but it is not that strong more admixed or reduced to an influence Arabids are rarer in Lebanon East Meds, Armenoids, and Iranids rule the day.

Maybe but he still looks Arabic. Especially his mouth and chin area scream Arab. Maybe his nose could help too but I find it hard to tell from a frontal perspective.
