yeah tamils actually on average tend to have relatively narrow noses. Actually some of the mid-lower castes (not tribals) from the south have narrower noses than tamil brahmins. Ignore some of the racist description. Vellalars (tamil mid-lower caste) have 73.1 index, which is narrower than tam bram 76.7. The vellala have similar index as rajputs and bihari brahmins

baloch is iran neolithic. baloch is roughly the same (around 35%) from afghanistan to tamil nadu. its found in all south asians (excluding some of the northeast ones). It came from IVC populations where iran neolithics mixed with local ASI folks in the indus region (pakistan, western india). and then they spread throughout the subcontinent. then aryan dna came in later from the steppe region brining in euro to most northern indians and brahmin/some tribal south indians. tribal ones got euro through rape I'm assuming.

disaffection knows this better. He knows regarding the ancient mixes more. here's a chart showing mix of different components in the region.

Yes steppe people were not completely euro. Steppe folks were 50% EHG (east euro hunter gatherer) and WHG (western hg) along with 35% iran neolithic and 15% ANF (anatolian)

i dont think its purely south indian score related cause by that logic, tamil brahmins should have narrower average. it could just be some selection or adaption going on. gangetic plain indians and central indians have wider noses than tamils.

You are right my nasal index is around 100 lol. But the trend is that nasal index increases with asi that's why paniya and tribals are at bottom and jatts and gurjar at top. Maybe the ancestors of south brahmins got mixed with higher nasal index south groups. I think iran Neolithic is more important when it comes to nasal index than steppe dna. Thats why gurjar are only 67 while french 70. Despite gurjar being at least 35% si dna.

No, they seem to have old Iranid element that is not melanid. Melanid faces are different than these ones.
