Both look Kelto-Brünn to me. Could pass anywhere in the British Isles, or as atypical Norwegians/Icelanders IMO.

edit: Didn't see where the first pictures ended and the second ones started. Sticking with my opinion for the first girl, but I'd say the second girl looks somewhat Baltid influenced, particularly around the eye area.
