I have had a question about where I can trace myself to and it hasn't worked yet. You can see from my profile of what my ancestry is, and it's a slew of a mess. However, I do not believe
that Dutch and Danish people have dark hair or hazel/brown eyes. Also, the Scottish one is pretty high like those two as well.

Welcome, fellow Virginian! You definitely match your description: Celtic and Slavic. Have you done a DNA test yet? They are not always accurate, but can give you a general idea. Then you can upload the raw data into Gedmatch for more in depth results.

For me it's the opposite. The mother's side counts a little bit more than the paternal.

That is not what that means, 23andme or whatever can probably give you a better breakdown of your ancestry than a k36 map, That is just the best fit. So 1/2 English 1/2 spanish would get highest number on France, for example.

I would call your hair medium, rather than dark, and yes many Danes and Dutch have your pigmentation. Many Dutch even look Mediterranean.

Well, your coloring's not impossible to find in Denmark or Norway. Though people with rounder faces there, often tend to be more snub-nosed. Danes and Swedes often corresponded with Pommeranians. Given that you're a British/Polish blend, that could've been what drove you to Denmark, Sweden and Lower Saxony. :shrug:

I would probably say Irish above all else though, despite of other mixes like Scandi and German, actually I can see the Faelid face type a bit too, but I don't have that.

Did your eye color change from when you were young? In your OP pic you appear to have brown eyes and like dark blonde hair. You look French, imo.

You look more Polish or Ukrainian or Russian and maybe East German.There are many Danish and Dutch people with dark hair with brown or hazel eyes. Although these are in the minority. You have a "Slavic" look for me, but who knows?
