Hm yes, they were in Moldava and around, who knows.
It look like scythian bc of higher asian, and they were already mixed whit Celts or some anicent German tribe.

I believe most scythians were genetically 3/4 germano-slavic and 1/4 west-asian but this one leans heavily on the germanic side.

Indeed, I'm not entirely sure how this plotting works but I think that what may seem like a small percentage plays an important role in where he plots so in his case that combined 4% of south-east asian and north-east african in addition to the west-asian that he has pulls him into that direction. I agree that an individual with almost 50% north-sea plotting where he does looks like something else.
