She is Ashkenazi Jewish.
I think she was very pretty at the time. She had quite a nice Jawline (developed face) and the curly hair was neatly styled.

The curly hair give away her Jewishness. My method is that if you see white Person with very Curly hair= most likely at least partially Ashkenazi Jewish.

I agree she looks quite European in the facial features. She was a very pretty woman In my opinion.
