Paul Bettany passes easily IMO, but I think the rest (other than Sean Bean and Daniel Craig) could pass as slightly atypical, despite having a distinctly English look.

@(1) Charlie Hunnam passes best, because he has a rather "Pan- Germanic" look, while Paul Bettany looks too Norse, so he cant really pass. Rest passes as atypical more or less. Interestingly there is one Swiss and one Austrian doppelganger of Daniel Craig.
@(2) i think its about equal- different shades of blond though and different distribution of hair colour (f. ex. Dark haired and pale skinned is not common here unlike in Britain)

No, they are not! Who claimed that? There are more bottle blondes in Austria, perhaps that’s why they are claiming it. There are also way more blue - eyed people in Britain than in Austria by far! Austrians are not lighter than the Swiss.
