Intermediate Gracile/Atlanto Med + Pampid residual.
Around 80/20.

I'd say more like 30-40% Amerindian.

Well yes, I agree with Tooting, Fernando is probably 30/40% native... in harnizo spectrum.

Well... probably not too much in the south of the country.
To point an example, you pass far more typical than him in south Uruguay (as you are a "criollo", of course, and you look as typical uruguayan without any doubt).
In his case, he would be typical / common in Tacuarembó region, or even Rivera, Salto and Artigas. Even though he wouldn't be totally out of place in Montevideo, just because for ages people from inner the country (included those "departamentos" which I mentioned) arrived to Montevideo, because it's the city where live half of uruguayan population, so it offers a lot of sources to work/study which other sides of the country don't.
So now, people like Muslera are not totally off in Montevideo, its outskirts or the southern side of the country.
Conclusion: In Montevideo, its suburbs and the sourthern side of the country, Fernando wouldn't be typical, but not rare either.
And in Tacuarembó, Rivera, Artigas or Salto he would be quite common in my opinion.
