I agree with pseudo Latina look. I think she's just dark NEUP. East Baltid, Ladogan, Baltid, Tavastid all these classification will be correct for her I think. Sometimes NEUP girls with dark pigmentation, dark hair and dark eyes look very Castiza, Mestiza.
Basically she looks like female version of this Coon's East Baltic. He also dark haired.
