This is more likely something that is present elevated in both, the algorithm tries to pick up using some modern proxy or worse, just balancing something else with it, but that's the problem of wanting to characterize modern populations with other moderns, on top of that some of their components are specific (like "GB&Ireland") and unspecific (like "Eastern Europe").

Europeans are not a mix of each others all together like in the last 200 years, this doesn't even making any sense. It's way more simple that with 3 or 4 waves of relatively different populations settling in every areas at different time, in different proportions. For most their genetic has largely been set in stone after the Bronze Age. In this case it means they have something in common with Turkic, not that half of West Eurasians have mixed with Turkics.

They need moderns to give people some countries of ancestry, specially Americans, but they shouldn't use that model to give an ancestry report to countries themselves, it's silly and a noob approach, using moderns. You just create the biggest calculator effect ever possible.
