He's not even dark, this is just a pic with bad lightning. He seems to be light-eyed, most Romanians are dark-eyed, so he's definitely not a ''dark Romanian''.

looks like a Ponto-Dinarid or Dinaro-Pontid, his skull is broad.

Nothing dark about him, except lighting. Pontid-Dinaric-Aryan mix.
