Which is better in 2019 23andMe or AncestryDNA.

Which would you be more likely to recommend to DNA test virgins.

For the raw data I know is better Ancestry, but for autosomal results 23andMe is the best.

I also heard that Ancestry has the biggest database for matches.

I have bought 23andme Im waiting for my test kit.
Im wondering if its worth it to get AncestryDNA also, but already I have FTDNA for raw data and seems to be ok.

I have found the 23andme matches function to be better than the one from Ancestry. There you can at least set your Grandparents country of origin which helps you in finding some ancestry clues. Many people also dont use their real names (not even surnames) in Ancestry while nearly all of the matches on 23andme have visible names on them.

Ancestry needs to improve their relatives function.
