plenty of uralid eyes in Romania and Hungary (as a percentage of the population compared to Russia)

Because he is not Uralid but he has strong Nordid + cro-magnoid traits + turanid influence and uralid peoples are more asiatic and looks a little bit different.

I agree with nordid and cm, but I don't see turanid.
His eyes are just typical uralid, with a slight inwards tilt. Plus, they are blue.

The people you talk about in Romania in Hungary (albeit in a very small minority in those countries) are those belonging to the Ladogan phenotype, which are a mix of Baltid/East Europid and Sibirid (of which Uralid phenotype belongs). But Ladogans usually have the same eye shape that Baltids have, the Sibirid traits in them being wider face than in Baltids and darker hair than Baltids, as well as usually Green-Hazel eyes, instead of blue eyes that Baltids tend to have.

Nah, Ladogan is like a robust, wide faced Baltid.
It has nothing to do with the people with Uralid eyes in Romania. There are very few Ladogans in Romania.
