Not surewhat you mean with "pseudo"- but even without reading about anthropology of Kelts and Beakers- just comparing how common this is in Centraleuropeans (west and east- and the less Germanic and Slavic parts like France, Southern Germany, Poland etc.) it would not be a surprise. That said, only John Anderson is really "Dinaric" looking or a NW Kelt version of it.
