Based on browsing the OP pics fast, I'd say half of them pass comfortably in Romania (particularly in the Eastern half).
Women pass better than men.

Alpinized pontids and dinarids with turanid admix. Many pass in Bulgaria or Romania. Some even wouldnt look odd in Poland.

The basketball team passes in Serbia. Some of the men do indeed pass in Romania but I'd argue East AND South Romania. The groups are very diverse and some clearly look very European, while some are rather Caucus looking and some Arab

Edit: ok some women do pass in Eastern Romania and Rep. Of Moldova, but most because they show North Pontid admixture together with some Turanid.

About 65% fit in Bulgaria (40% as rather common and 25% as atypical).
The general look is, as usual, between Balkans and Caucasus + some Semitic input. Central Asian element is rather strong in this set.

Balkan people mix with Anatolids and Turanids.

Outside Turkey, they fit best in Greece, Bulgaria, Southern Romania and maybe some ethnicities in the Caucasus. In Turkey, they comfortably fit in Thrace, West and North Anatolia.

Maybe they are the typical Balkan Turks.

Alpines, pontids, turanids, cappadocian meds, the occasional CM type maybe Baltid or borreby influenced, as a set they are not much darker than Hungarians but Nordic influence is nearly absent. They past best in the Bordering Balkan regions like Greece and Bulgaria.

Pontid, Alpine, Taurid, Atlantid, Dinaric, They look more European than other Turks, a lot of them I imagine passing as typical in North Macedonia for instance.
