they are not actually...You find more southern european women who dyed their hair than north africans she's just an exception. She's a berber activist so she's far from having racial insecurities

Dying hair has nothing to do with RACIAL insecurity, has much more to do with an easy way to stand out and catch the eyes of others without need much effort (like having a great athletic body that many are eager to touch), and those who dye hair yellow and are not from nordic/slavic branches, or red not being from celtic heritage is probably because, since it exist naturally in some humans, looks more reasoanable and less radical than to dye pink/purple etc

But she looks European and would easily pass in the south. And she doesn't look out of place as a blonde. I think it suits her. Besides, most 'blonde' people tend to have naturally darker hair anyway.

I'd say those that look distinctively West Asian aren't suited to have blonde hair, like this lady:

There is nothing Arabid about her. Even Atlantid is a bit far-fetched. I'd say it's more contradictory than ironic.
