In between. Some are more Dutch looking and others more Portuguese.
All French MPs could be Portuguese, but not all could be Dutch. Maurel, Sejourne, Decerle, Careme and Bompart cannot pass as Dutch imo. So maybe a little bit more overlap with Portuguese.

Stéphane Séjourné is of Argentinian origin and I highly doubt that Jeremy Decerle is ethnically French. Always check out the bio of those who stand out, in 90% of the cases they have a foreign parent.
Geoffroy Didier looks like a French version of Stephen Colbert by the way.

Séjourné was raised in Argentina, but both his parents are French. And there is no info to suggest Decerle isn't ethnically French either. LOL at the Nordicist bullshit claim that every Med-looking Frenchman must be of Iberian, Italian or Jewish origin.

I'm pretty sure at least one his parents isn't ethnically French. Unfortunately I couldn't even retrieve the name of his mother but it's most likely a Spanish or Arab thing. There are plenty of ethnic French people who are Med looking like Gilles Boyer in your list but I don't think Séjourné is one of them and I'm rarely wrong for that kind of stuff.

This French set resembles more Dutch than Portuguese, in spite of a couple of pretty dark politicians, who could not be fully French, IDK, but altogether they are a bit northern shifted to pass in Southern Europe. I mean, I see more French MEPs passing in the Netherlands than in Portugal.

Obviously Dutch. Not to mention that S.Dutch are close to a part of the country genetically and even geographically.
And culturally. I'd dare argue that while the language is Dutch, a certain "French" or, rather, Flemish as Flanders traditionally served as the conduit, influence can be felt as far North as the line between Catholic and Protestant areas in Brabant and Limburg (note: not so much in Guelders) and it gets stronger the closer you get to the border.
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/c/c9/Nederlandgodsdienst1849.PNG/1200px-Nederlandgodsdienst1849.PNG
It can be picked up in dialect words too: petazzie (from potage or soup.. in dialect it became the word for a stamppot (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stamppot)), sakkeren, (from sacrer - became the word for both grumbling and cussing depending on where you are). lampbels (from lampe belge) - a large petrol lamp is something still used for a large table lamp) and, sorry guys, nondeju (from Nom-de-Dieu) became the local bomb of the F-bomb. There are hundreds, if not thousands, more.

They do. And the behaviour and general culture (including political culture) is different as well. More corruption and joie-de-vivre, more personal relations and a slightly less businesslike attitude as compared to the other side of the river. Relations between bosses and underlings are, dare I say it (and that's the only thing I really dislike about my neck of the woods), ... a bit feudal compared to the North.

The thing I don't get about Netherlands at all is how do you manage to fit in so many large towns and cities in addition to Amsterdam in such small territory - The Hague, Utrecht, Eindhoven, Rotterdam, Groningen etc? And on top of that there is still some countryside left!?

That's because most big cities are in the West. Much of the country (https://www.google.nl/maps/place/Nederland/@52.3375915,4.6260256,165338m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x47c609c3db87e4bb:0xb3a17 5ceffbd0a9f!8m2!3d52.132633!4d5.291266) is still rural.

Well in that case, Western Netherlands must be up there with Bangladesh and SE China in population density!
It's quite crazy. That's for sure.. and now are dragging much of the Central Netherlands into the conurbation as well.
But SW France has many of France's biggest cities: Toulouse, Bordeaux, Montpellier, Perpignan...
The northern regions (Île-de-France, Hauts-de-France, Normandie, Grand Est) - 30 million people (45% of the whole population)
The west regions (Brittany, Pays de la Loire) - 7 million people (11%)
Southwest (Nouvelle-Aquitaine) - 6 million people (9%)
Central (Centre-Val de Loire) - 2.6 million people (4%)
South (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Occitanie, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, Corsica) - 19 million people (29%).
Overseas - 2 million (1%)
Being a large country by Europe standards the cities are small except Paris, with the population definitely concentrated in the north, west and east part of the country.
Definitely the dutch though they are probably the most diverse in the whole of Europe. Here are some pictures of the Assemblee Nationale. Seems representative of the general population that are northern region dominated.

No way André Rougé is fully European! He looks like he's got some Asian or something in him.

Mon Dieu! Yet another one who thinks that swarthy types only begin south of Perpignan and maybe east of Monaco.

He looks quite French in this picture though probably one that cannot pass north of the Loire

Yes he does look more passable in the photo you posted but the majority of the ones I found online plus the one the OP posted he doesn't at all look passable 100% European. Looks like some Asian ancestry or something.

No 'of course' necessarily about it - a large chunk of France is ethnically and geographically closer to Iberia than to the Benelux countries.

SW France. Most French people live in Northern France anyways. Even the ones in the central regions look more northern

Oh that's not what I said. I meant more Northern in general. Northern France has a larger population anyways, more concentrated too.
