Not really. On the contrary it is "North Pontid" must have strong Russian vibe just because it is the term which was used by Russian anthropologists exclusively for Russian population. Neo-Danubian is the term wich was used by Coon for whole Slavic population plus Germans and Austrians. Neo-Danubian = Nordo-Baltic or Balto-Nordic mix.
