It's hard to say because she has a pretty unique beauty and I've wondered about her background myself. I understand that her father was Bolivian but he may have been of fully Spanish decent for all I know. Regardless, Amerindian influence can look nice on certain women. It looks like her father's family held high social status in Bolivia so that might be a clue that he had a more Spanish background.

I agree. There is a good chance he is fully Spanish but Amerindian influence isn't always easy to pick up on. I've even met people that look completely NW European yet have 10% or 20% Native American background, sometimes even more.

I'm guessing she is some minuscule amount Amerindian, maybe 5%. Enough to show up in some photos but not others, and enough to obscure her English side.

Christy Turlington is the closest comparison that comes to mind. She is half English, half El Salvadorian. She also has an English facial structure but is slightly exotic.

Her father looks fully white, but 100% European Bolivians are very very rare (even among upper class). Most self-declared 'criollos' (''whites'') in Bolivia have some minor amount of Amerindian blood. So I guess he's around 10-15% Ammerindian and Raquel Welch around 5-8%. But she looks fully European as well.

Yes, I'm pretty sure she does. I've never seen a Mediterranean woman like this one. Her mouth screams Amerindian to my eyes, particularly in the second photo she looks a mestizo.
